Emos Shops development

February 8, 1973 Emos Shop opened in Bårslöv, a small
village just outside Helsingborg. The store was in a basement room in
our own house.
1976 we bought a house in Röke, between Örkelljunga and
Hässleholm. It turned out that a local above the ground was much better than a local
in a cellar, so in Röke the bussines grew.

Emos Shop has always been keen on
children's development and creativity.

Some wise person gave me
in the eighties is good advice to sell NABBI-pearls.
I made some easymade
characters, which I hung up at the counter.
To my great surprise, my
customers wanted to have patterns of my designs, so I started printing patterns on my
9-needle printer. Then it became a 24 needles Color Printer, followed of two inkjet
printers, and now I use a color laser for my patterns.

The demand for my
designs made MunkPlasti print the first pattern book, I made and now
sells it in several countries. February 1999 I started selling pattern books on
my website. MunkPlast has printed an additional 4 pattern books of my
designs.
The copyright of all my patterns, models, pictures and textes are mine.
If anyone wants to use my material it is on royaltybasis.
I have never sold the rights and will never do it.
