Emo's bead art exhibition in Bjärnum May 2008
|
In May 2008 there was an exhibition at Bjärnum's library with my bead art.
There were sevral pictures showing motifs from Bjärnum.
|
|
Here is a picture showing the motorbike in motocykeln at Bjärnum's museum, as well as the spinning wheel and the little boy.
The picture to the right is from Thailand. The horse and the peacock I have photographed.
The nice portrait, I have made after a drawing of an artist on Pärlplatsen (a forum in Sweden).
|
 |
The picture with the Northern lights is done with most iridiscent
beads. The motive was drawn on a cardboard disc, then lying beads were glued on. They had to be lying to
obtain the shimmer.
The picture with the many faces is called Family Tree. People are
Nabbi-faces, made on little round pegboards, ironed and glued on a base.
| |
In order to show many paintings without crowding them
together, we placed many small ones on top of the shelves.
| |
Luckily, there were many shelves.
| |
Ted and a few motifs from Fredriksdal in Helsingborg were placed there.
| |
Indeed, even I could be there :-) The
bright figure at the bottom right is me :-) On the left picture!!!
| |
On the children's part of the library, we placed pictures, which hopefully the kids like.
Here the photographer Helene Nordgren from the local newspaper Norra Skåne is looking out for what shoot.
| |
| Lillivi Martinsson, librarian at Bjärnum's library, likes the cats.
|
|
| The bookbus was standing near the desk on a shelf.
|
 |
From Norra Skåne came Helene Nordgren who photographed and
Carl-Johan Bauler who wrote about this event.
Från tidningen Norra Skåne kom Helene Nordgren som fotograferade och Carl-Johan Bauler som skrev om detta evenemang.
| |
Helen tells me how to hold the picture.
| |
In one of the show cases are shown how
to furnish a doll's house with furniture made of beads.
| |
In the second show case is shown much more, you can make with beads.
| |
On a table are a few puzzles, suitable for both adults and children.
There
are also letters and pieces of a presentation game.
| |
In the children Chamber children can have fun with these easy-made construction wheels.
| |
There you can also see that you can make things of beads for dressing up.
| |
On the screens are some figures and some explanatory texts.
|
|
In the pots are dragonflies made of beads. Maybe they are still there.
For the exhibition was a flyer (reklamblad) posted at all
libraries in the municipality, and in many other places.
